Felt Metatarsal Pads fit inside all types of shoes to support, comfort and protect metatarsal heads and shafts. They gradually conform to individual foot impressions. Self-adhesive backings ensure proper positioning.

DIRECTIONS
Before removing self-adhesive protective backing, test in shoes for comfort. Placement of this product is critical to its comfort and performance. For permanent placement, remove adhesive backing, position pad carefully, press into shoe firmly. 

WARNINGS
Position properly in shoes. If numbness, discoloration occurs or pain worsens, discontinue use immediately.
